Heavy-duty casting iron working table.
The table surface is hard chrome plated and precision ground for extremely smooth feeding and maximum wear resistance.
The four table rollers provide superior feeding performance.
The pressure spikes are in an overlapped layout with a minimum of gaps that hold the work pieces firmly and evening ensuring shake-free feeding, even for short work pieces.
The spiral cutter head is precision machined Provides extremely fine surface of cut with minimum noise. The helical cutter head is fitted with throw-away T.C.T knife bits.
The thickness of cut can be controlled by a digital positioning control. Once the preset position is reached, the table elevation stops automatically. It's very accuracy and the operation is very easy.
